    They have some affordable options below $7 and below $10. Specifically, the over rice options. It looks like you're only getting half a plate of food, but even that amount is very filling and so flavorful. I've been here twice and have been satisfied with the experience both times. The chicken leg over rice is crispy and nicely marinated. It's so flavorful. The second time, I got the braised sliced pork over rice. The pork fat was so soft and buttery and left me feeling very full. I had it as a late lunch and ended up not eating dinner after that. They're a cash only restaurant, though

    one of my favorite places on the planet. home cooked style meals and friendly service. the three cup chicken and sauce with their white sticky rice is to die for. discovering new dishes at this place is always a treat. cash only but there's free parking and they're open hella late. thanks Taiwanese Gourmet for a reliable good time!

    Delicious Taiwanese food. Short of travelling to Taiwan for great dishes this place has it all. Even Flushing restaurants will not have better quality. My favorites are fried pork chop and oyster pancakes. This is a good place to try stinky tofu for the first time!

    I’ve been here multiple times, I tried to order different stuff every time and I’m always impressed. They absolutely place foods at top priority, but they also have decent ambience and service. I saw comments criticize the service, I would say they may got rough attitude, but they know how to get the job done. And you cares? I don’t as long as the foods are amazing

    The food there is good, I have no problem with that, but there is one waitress with glasses, her service sucks. they need to fire her immediately. Sometimes I ordered a take out, when I get there and ask for my meal, all she did was ignoring me and looking at her cell phone for nearly one minute. this happened more than one time!
